Grounding Rest is a rich aromatic wellness honey crafted for evening rituals. Made with unpasteurized Quebec buckwheat honey and food-grade botanical terpenes, it brings together deep aromatic notes inspired by hops, lavender, balsam and herbs.
Created to help you slow down, let go and support deep, restorative sleep, Grounding Rest combines terpenes studied for their calming, sedative, analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Preclinical studies have found calming and sedative activity in linalool, myrcene and terpinolene, while beta-caryophyllene and other terpenes in the blend have been studied for analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Enjoy it in warm water or evening tea, mixed into room-temperature or cold water, or directly from the jar for a more concentrated aromatic experience.

Grounding Rest is made with unpasteurized Quebec buckwheat honey and a carefully selected blend of food-grade botanical terpenes.
Botanical terpenes: Myrcene, Linalool, Humulene, Beta-Caryophyllene, Alpha-Phellandrene, Citronellol and Terpinolene.
Grounding Rest has a bold buckwheat honey base with deep botanical aromas inspired by hops, lavender, balsam and herbs. Its flavour is richer and more grounded than the other HighForest blends, making it especially suited to an evening ritual.
Start with one teaspoon. Stir Grounding Rest into warm water or evening tea, mix it into room-temperature or cold water, or enjoy it directly from the jar for a more concentrated aromatic experience.
For a warm infusion, fill half your mug with room-temperature water, add boiling water to fill the remaining half, then stir in the honey.
Ideal temperature: approximately 50°C / 120°F.
A 130 g jar contains approximately 18 one-teaspoon portions.
