Our website is here to provide you with high-quality terpenes infused honey and a great shopping experience. Our Product Availability

We take great care in describing and photographing our terpene infused honeys, but natural variations in flavour, colour, and packaging may occur. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll do our best to let you know and offer an alternative when possible.

Placing Orders & Payments

• When you place an order, please ensure your details (like shipping address and payment info) are correct.

• Prices are listed in Canadian currency.

• We accept various payment methods, all securely processed.

• If we need to cancel or adjust your order (e.g., due to stock issues or a pricing error), we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
  

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to select locations as outlined on our website.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

• While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we’re not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
  

Returns & Refunds

• We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there’s an issue, we’re committed to find a solution.

• You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days for a refund.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll make it right.

• Refunds are processed 5-7 business days following the reception of returned items (minus shipping fees, unless it was our mistake).
  

Subscriptions & Memberships (if applicable)

• If you sign up for a subscription, it will renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.
