Soothing Berry is a berry-forward aromatic wellness honey crafted for afternoon rituals. Made with unpasteurized Quebec honey from wild blueberry blossoms in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region and food-grade botanical terpenes, it brings together notes inspired by berries, rose, conifer and verbena.
Created to support a calm, balanced and focused afternoon, Soothing Berry combines terpenes studied for anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, antimicrobial and mood-related properties.
Preclinical studies have examined limonene for anti-inflammatory and mood-related activity; alpha- and beta-pinene for anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial activity; and geraniol, beta-caryophyllene, myrcene and humulene for analgesic, anti-inflammatory or antimicrobial effects.
Enjoy it in cold water, iced tea or afternoon tea, add it to yogurt, or enjoy it directly from the jar for a more concentrated aromatic experience.

Botanical terpenes: Limonene, Beta-Pinene, Myrcene, Geraniol, Alpha-Pinene, Beta-Caryophyllene and Humulene.
Soothing Berry has a berry-forward honey base with soft floral and botanical aromas inspired by rose, conifer and verbena. Its flavour is bright, balanced and gently aromatic, making it especially suited to an afternoon ritual.
Start with one teaspoon. Stir Soothing Berry into cold water, iced tea or afternoon tea, add it to yogurt, or enjoy it directly from the jar for a more concentrated aromatic experience.
For a warm infusion, fill half your mug with room-temperature water, add boiling water to fill the remaining half, then stir in the honey.
Ideal temperature: approximately 50°C / 120°F.
A 130 g jar contains approximately 18 one-teaspoon portions.
This honey product should not be given to infants under 12 months. People with allergies to honey, bee products or any listed botanical ingredient should review the ingredient list before use.
