Sunshine is a bright aromatic wellness honey crafted for morning rituals. Made with unpasteurized Quebec summer honey from clover, dandelion, wild apple and raspberry blossoms and food-grade botanical terpenes, it brings together citrus, peppermint, rosemary and conifer-inspired notes.
Created to support energy, clarity and a fresh start, Sunshine combines terpenes studied for anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, analgesic and mood-related properties.
Preclinical studies have examined limonene for anti-inflammatory and mood-related activity; alpha- and beta-pinene for anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial activity; and beta-caryophyllene, geraniol, humulene, citronellol and alpha-phellandrene for anti-inflammatory, analgesic or antimicrobial effects.
Enjoy it in warm water or morning tea, mixed into room-temperature or cold water, or directly from the jar for a more concentrated aromatic experience.

Botanical terpenes: Beta-Caryophyllene, Alpha-Pinene, Beta-Pinene, Limonene, Geraniol, Citronellol, Alpha-Phellandrene and Humulene.
Sunshine has a light, bright honey base with citrus-forward and fresh herbal aromas inspired by peppermint, rosemary and conifer. It is the lightest and most vibrant HighForest blend, making it especially suited to a morning ritual.
Start with one teaspoon. Stir Sunshine into warm water or morning tea, mix it into room-temperature or cold water, or enjoy it directly from the jar for a more concentrated aromatic experience.
For a warm infusion, fill half your mug with room-temperature water, add boiling water to fill the remaining half, then stir in the honey.
Ideal temperature: approximately 50°C / 120°F.
A 130 g jar contains approximately 18 one-teaspoon portions.
